Cancellations and changes to your booking:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours (off peak) or 5 days (during peak periods) before the check in date, will be charged cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the cancelled days (minimum 1 day), which will be non-refundable.
Changes the length of booking stay (including changes to day of drop off or early checkout) made less than 48 hours (off peak) or 5 days (during peak periods) prior to check-in or checkout time will be charged a change fee equivalent to 50% of the shortened or cancelled days (minimum 1 day) from the time notice is given in addition to any balance owing.
